    specially words which are underlined

1st year students at college of ...... suffer from the defect of mastering productive skills and interacting literally and orally through speaking and writing skills for the lack of incapability of acquiring the listening skill the reasons of such defects are implied in weakness of learning and the strategies of dealing with literacy skills situations in addition to the inappropriate exponent displayed by the textbook "Tapestry"
It is rubbish. The nearest I can get to its meaning is:

First year students lack listening skills, which prevents them from learning and using [English] satisfactorily. This is because they have not been taught to listen, and can be shown through their lack of comprehension of the textbook "Tapestry".

Why use three complex words when one simple one will do?
