Default You Make My Heart Sing

how is the right way to say this phrase " u make my heart sings or u make my heart sing, because i saw it in these 2 ways
thank u so much ( i think is the first one)

"You make my heart sing" is correct.

hi,

if "my heart" can be replaced by "it", shouldn't it be "sings"?

or is it the same situation as "u make him cry" ?

No, you need "sing".
