Hi there,
They always laugh me at my shortness and fatness.

Correct?

Yes, it is correct.
"laughed" is correct too but refers to the past. "laugh" refers to the present.

"They laugh me" is not correct standard English, and it's not correct in any dialect that I know. jirikoo's answer is correct, except that he has used the past tense.

They always laugh at my shortness and fatness.

But that sounds a little unnatural. I think most native speakers would use a very different type of sentence:

They always laugh at me for being short and fat.
They always laugh at my being short and fat.
They always laugh at me because I am short and fat.
