Lightbulb skateboard/skateboarding

Hi again.
The more homework I correct the dumber I get, I'm afraid.
I've got several questions and I#ll try to be brief.
A.
Would "somebody a)like skateboarding
b)like riding his skateboard
c)like going skateboarding"
as favourite pastime?
B.
And would you(B.E. pre-intermediate) love / hate doing your homework or would you hate to do your homework?
C.
If one of our teachers is sick and a teacher we don't know steps in/ covers for him (=the students are not taught the subject, they are just being taken care of)
Thanks once again.

Default Re: skateboard/skateboarding

All are grammatically correct, and used in everyday speech.
