    (something that he watched end from the time it started till the story ended.)

    It's like she never misses a single episode of the soap opera...

    For we have one word in Filipino "sinubaybayan" that somewhat means watching something and not missing a thing in movies trilogy, TV shows, soap operas...

    Perhaps "hospital soap" and "from beginning to end" would be more likely. But "followed" would be fine – in BrE, at least.
