what is the difference between infact & as a matter of fact? please explain with examples

There is no word "infact". It is "in fact" = "in [point of] fact = in reality.

A matter of fact= 1 concerned with fact; 2 unemotional and practical.

It is a matter of fact that the sun rises in the morning.

She is a very matter of fact person. She never gets upset.
