    Smile inconsiderate/insensitive

To tell the truth, I really don't like Johny. He's arrogant and inconsiderate/insensitive.

Both inconsiderate and insensitive fit in the above and mean about the same to me. But I'm in need of your opinions. Thanks.

Inconsiderate would suggest that Johnny is aware of the result of his actions but doesn't change his the way he makes his decisions. Insensitive would suggest he's not aware.

The result would be the same. Plus, couldn't a person be both arrogant and insonsiderate?
