Default God of the gaps

What does it mean for people to say; "This is not a God-of-the-gaps kind of thing"?

Default Re: God of the gaps

"The God of the gaps" is a term used to say God is only in the gaps in human knowledge where things cannot be explained by scientific reasoning.

So presumably its use in your example means that "this" is not an inexplicable event or object, but one that can be explained.
