Default preposition

Should I use "in" or "at" when this preposition is in front of a university?
Such as :
a library at / in the University
I major in English literature at / in National Taiwan University
I am a student studying at / in your university
I would like to join a student band at / in your university
...

I would use "at" for your examples. This "at" gives the meaning of "being part of" the university".

How about "company"?
Do I work at, in or for my company?

And...does "university" always goes with the preposition "at"?
Are there any other contexts where university goes with "in"?
Why do so many people use "in" instead of "at"?
Are they both gramatically correct or ... ?

You work at your company and for your company. You work in an office.

University doesn't always use "at". Things that the university contains could be "in". There are 10 colleges in the university.

One could say there is a library "in" the university, but "at" would be more common. It would be more common to say there is a library in (a certain building). The problem with "university" is that it describes a large entity, usually with multiple buildings, and sometimes with multiple campuses. It is often difficult to conceptualize an "in" in that situation.
