Default are they correct sentences

i am a little tired or i am little bit tired are they correct sentences?
i am very tired .which word can be opposite the word very.

"I'm a little tired" is fine.

'I'm a little bit tired' can also be used as a way of making an excuse:

Shall we go out tonight?

I'm a little bit tired. Let's stay in.
