sample invitation letter

Hi...It's my first time to visit your site..and i'm very much hoping that you could help me a lot to construct an invitation letter that will be used in our church affairs. We will be having a Young People's day on Dec. 9, 2007.Our venue will be at Quezon City. There's a morning service that will be started at 9am and end up at 12nn. And also wer'e having some games in the afternoon which will be started at 2pm. This invitations will send to all Pastors from different churches so hope you could help me solve this matter..Thanks so much..

You are invited to Young People's Day on Dec. 9, 2007. It will take place at Quezon City. There will be a morning service starting at 9:00AM and ending at 12:00noon. There will be games in the afternoon starting at 2:00.
