    "either"
    Note the constructions:
    You can have either an ice-cream or a lollipop.
    Neither the Ford nor the Mazda was available for rental.
    Either of the two cars would have been suitable. (That is, I would have been happy with one or the other.)
    Neither of the two cars would have been suitable. (That is, both cars were unsuitable.)
