Default Modifier at the end of a sentence

In the following sentence, does "funded with at least some nondeductible contributions" apply to both "taxable accounts" and "tax-deferred saving vehicles" or just "tax-deferred saving vehicles"? Thank you.

"Withdraw money from taxable accounts or tax-deferred saving vehicles funded with at least some nondeductible contributions."
