Smile warm and cozy/comfortable

It's really cold outside; let's stay inside where it's warm and cozy.

Is cozy interchangeable with comfortable? I presume it is but are there marginal differences in meanings? Thanks.

Cosy/cozy means comfortable, warm and secure. You can be comfortable and not cosy.

For example, my chair at work has about 14 different adjustments to make sure that I'm comfortable. But there's nothing cozy about it.
