could u tell me wheather this sentence is correct or not. If the ansewr is yes ,would u explain why there is no verb (is) for irritatating(an adjactive)
It would very useful if u could state what kind of sentence is it and how can find more example.

She found his preoccupation with money irritatating.

The spelling is wrong - not irritatating but irritating. Otherwise the sentence is fine.
I am not sure what you are asking regarding the verb so I have given two answers.
1. The verb "to irritate'' does exist.
2. The verb in your example sentence is "found" (to find).
