Can even a retard create a webpage Hi.
My cusin is blind and lives at this home for "spesialpeople" in Norway. One of hes retard friends have an internett site. How is that possible? Where can i find a easy program to create my own site? I have tried to ask him but hes not in any help.
Even thought hes site doesn look any good, he still HAVE A WEBPAGE!!
I`ve tried to learn frontpage and php and even HTML codes so i cannot understand how this kid can make one.
Please help me!
