Question a full stand-alone solution, or a fully stand-alone solution

Hello,

I am writing a packaging for a product that will be launched on the US market as an option to a GPS-system, but the product can also be used without a GPS-system, and we need to point that out on a sticker.

Since the information will appear on a sticker, it needs to be very short.

The text we we are discussing is:
'also a fully stand-alone solution'
versus
'also a full stand-alone solution'.

This is the underlying reasoning:

A) The non-native speakers gramatically opt for 'fully' because they consider 'fully' as an adverb to the adjective 'stand-alone'. By that rationale, they would also write 'a completely stand-alone solution' (but the word 'completely' doesn't fit on the sticker).

B) The native speakers say that 'fully' won't work here.

C) I personally think of ending this discussion by simply stating that we don't need the word 'full' or 'fully', for the wording 'stand-alone' already implies this. In other words, it's either stand-alone or not, it can't be partially stand-alone so there's no need to say that it's completely stand-alone...

But I'd still like to know whether 'fully' would be wrong, or why it wouldn't work according to the native speakers...

Kind regards,

Thomas

Personally - on a sticker - I would use "Fully stand-alone solution". It is more important to catch the eye than be concerned with grammatical niceties when aiming to sell the product.

How about 100% stand-alone solution?

Of course "fully" would be correct if it is an adverb modifying the adjective stand-alone. "full" would be correct as an adjective modifying solution.
