Default teaching science

Hi,

I learned english as second language in my country. My major was science. In exams, we gave our answers in English but nobody cared about grammer. But now I am realizing that sometimes I write run-on sentences, fragments, and few other grammer problems. I want to pursue my career as a Science teacher. For teaching I have to pass the written exam- English essay. I don't want to take the exam without preparation. I don't have problem in organizing essay, but still, I make some grammer error. What can I do to improve this problem. I have been taking some English classes. I am also learning some new vocab. daily to write good english. What else I can do? Please help me.

Thanks
