's or s' what is the difference in sisters' and sister's and sisters

Sisters = the plural of sister, sister's = "of (the) sister", and sisters' = "of (the) sisters".
Thus:
1. My sisters' house = the house of my sisters.
2. My sister's house = the house of my sister.
