I don't know what's available where you live, but any English grammar book will tell you you really need to know.
Remember that English grammar is not hard, not difficult, not complicated the way African and other European languages are. English words don't change very much. It's easy to speak basic English that people will understand, just by putting basic words in a good order.
What makes English difficult is the pronunciation, and if you can find a group, or a person who speaks English well, the most important thing for you to learn in pronunciation.
