"I have little money" sounds a bit odd to me, though not wrong. I think most people would say "I have very little money."
"I have a little money" implies that you're satisfied with what you've got, or offering it as helpful and useful. "We can eat at a restaurant tonight, I have a little money."
I'm very surprised by "two euro." Discussing the European currency, a Canadian would say "two euros."
Just as any English-speaking person would say "one dollar, two dollars, etc."
