it Hi there,
She has mentioned what voluntary work she has done for the organisation and how long she has done it for. OR ....she has done for it.
Which one is correct? why?

How long she has done for it- This doesn't work; it needs the object, so you'd have to say 'done it for it', which sounds a bit silly.
