    Hi there,

She has mentioned what voluntary work she has done for the organisation and how long she has done it for. OR ....she has done for it.

How long she has done it for- it = the voluntary work and the object
How long she has done for it- This doesn't work; it needs the object, so you'd have to say 'done it for it', which sounds a bit silly.

    More likely:
She has mentioned what voluntary work she has done for the organisation and how long she has done it.
