    Default have breakfast,have shower...

I'd like to know why do you say " To HAVE breakfast, HAVE shower,HAVE lunch and so on? even though you cook your breakfast on your own.
On the other hand you say MAKE en effort, MAKE love, MAKE a decision...
    Thanks

    Default Re: have breakfast,have shower...

You can make breakfast or lunch as well as having / eating them; you cannot make a shower since there is no making required to turn on the water and stand under the shower head.

All the terms using "make" imply some effort on your part in order to carry out the actions.
