Default How can I impove my speaking ??

How can I improve my speaking if there is nobody whom speaks over here. i'm from Chile and hte only chance i have to speak is doing it with myself. pity ! but i guess i got a lot better since i started learning english 2 years ago but not constantly. i'm a bit lazy you know,
