Do all of hours, time, and duration work in the above sample and mean pretty much the same? Thanks.
If you are trying to say that the beginning time and ending times will be later I think "The new work hours will benefit people who like to sleep late." works better. This is because the terms time and duration both refer to a span of time but do not have direct inference to beginning or ending whereas the term hours refers to a specific time period and infers a specific beginning and ending.![]()
