    Hi everybody,
    If someone says "Amateur hour is over", what do they mean?

    It means that people have been talking or doing, and they don't know what they're talking about, and they don't know what they're doing. They're making fools of themselves. They're amateurs. It's time for the professionals to be heard, to take over.
