This is to inform you that yesterday Oct. 30, 2007, I received a missing item "x" from a customer, who said he was just returing it for his friend. I checked the item history but it has never been lent to his friend. I got his contact information but, I could only get his friend's name and phone number. He was not able to give any details about his friend. I put the item "X" on your desk in your office.
