could you please proofread the following sentence (in particular the use of "nor")

The provider undertakes that he shall not, after the termination hereof, approach any individual or legal entity named in the received materials nor the client´s customer for whom he performed the work pursuant to this agreement for the purpose of providing the services which form the subject of this Agreement.
