Exclamation eat or have milk?

Please help! Are the following sentences acceptable?

1) At breakfast, I usually eat milk, bread and an apple.
2) Mt. Jade is higher than all the other mountains in northeast Asia.

Usually drink, though some soup is so thick and has so much in it that you probably can say "eat".

Thanks a lot!

How about using "for breakfast" instead of "at breakfast"? Do they have the same meaning? (BTW, I was tempted to use "Are they of the same meaning?" Does it sound ok to your ears?)

Also, the "Mt. Jade" sentence I posted was considered incorrect because Taiwan, where Mt. Jade is located, isn't in northeast Asia. The teacher said we should use "Mt. Jade is higher than all the mountains in northeast Asia." I'm a bit confused.

"for breakfast" - that is what I eat for my breakfast
"at breakfast" - I might [or might not] eat that at breakfast[time]; I could also eat it at lunchtime, teatime or suppertime

As to the sentence about the mountain, the teacher's comment is correct - but your original post gave the sentence with no context - it was grammatically correct as it was. If it was your answer to an exercise, we really needed to know that.
