scared about/at/of
1. It's just a mouse. Come on! it's nothing to be scared about!
2. I feel scared at the though of losing someone you deeply love.
3. Are you scared of bungee jumping?
How should one use these in the context appropriately?

You have supplied the context. We use "scared about" a thing or a subject area. We are scared of a thing, a person, or an action. The "scared at" use is the toughest. In that case, "at the thought" means "by the thought" or "when I have the thought of".

Is it correct?
It's just a mouse. Come on! it's nothing to be scared of!
