I have a few questions mostly about the meaning of sentences.

1-does "your glass is empty refer to something special in these sentences?


The smoke is rising in the shadows overhead
My glass is almost empty

Hey your glass is empty
It's a hell of a long way home

2-what does the first sentence mean?

The mornin' light steals across my windowpane
Where webs of snow are driftin'

3-The meaning of Nay and Ay in following line:

When your friend speaks his mind you fear not the "nay" in your own mind, nor do you withhold the "ay."

4-the meaning of the second line.and is who's in the first line,who is or who has?

Who's to say what's wrong or right
Whose course is braver run

Hey your glass is empty What is the context for this - it is not part of the song you quoted above. It just means you have nothing in your drinking glass.
It's a hell of a long way home It is a very long way home.

4-the meaning of the second line.and is who's in the first line,who is or who has?

Who's to say what's wrong or right Who is
Whose course is braver run Who has run the better [braver] race. In this context it metaphorically means "Who has lived the better life".

why don't you let me take you?it's no good to go alone.

As with the other, I think it is literal - The person has nothing left in her glass.
