Default anti-age

- Dear friends!

- Exercise will help her anti-age and make her enjoy her life more.

- Is this sentence grammatical?

Thanks!

Anti-age is a marketing term for making you look younger. An ant-aging cream is one that reduces wrinkles, tones and softens the skin giving you a more youthful look.

I suppose since it is a made-up word it could be used as a verb

Exercise will help her (to) anti-age and make her enjoy her life more.

The "to" is implied. The sentence is grammatically correct but not a very good one. I think this one is better.

Exercise will help her look younger and enjoy her life more.
