| | Re: random class Hi,
All the English classes I have are indeed private.
The difference here is that I may set a class whenever I want. I mean, I don't have a contract that determines the time between classes or the number of classes in a given period.
I simply contact the teacher and ask her to have a class because I have a few doubts that I would like to clarify.
I know it may sound weird but it's a common practice here, especially regarding language classes.
It’s a class that I may have eventually, according to my necessity and the teacher’s availability.
Don't you guys have anything similar in the UK?
Thanks |

| | Re: random class There may be a semantic problem here.
To me "class" indicates a group coming together for a lesson. If you are having private tuition/teaching/lessons, one to one, and want a special lesson to clarify something, then Extra Lesson/Extra Tuition would make sense to me in this context. |
