1. add me up please - i think it means to constitue or amount to...
2. add up lease - this could be a phrasal verb that means "to be reasonable, or consistent...
3. just add to your.. - it means to include.....

Do you have the sentences from which you have taken these phrases? I can 'force' 1 into a context where it would have meaning; but what is more important is your understanding. So - can you give the sentences where you found these phrases?
