Usually people may say:

I saw a cute boy in your picture; is it your son?

I saw your glasses on your picture.

I saw your glasses on your picture. (the picture is lying on something and a pair of glasses are on top of the picture...perhaps you asked "Where are my glasses?" and this is the answer)

Both are correct...as I have shown above.
