Smile I'll write off whatever part of your debts to me.

If you can help me, I'll write off whatever part of your debts to me.

Does the bolded part sound right? If not, how would you revise it? Thanks.

Debt, singular, considered as a whole. But "some of your debts" would be okay.

"to me" is not wrong, but perhaps it isn't needed; the only debts I can write off are your debts to me. Use "to me" if you want a bit of emphasis.

Thanks, Edward.

I have some doubt, though. What is "whatever part of debt?" Is it total debt?

"whatever part" in this quote is incomplete.

These are all correct use of "whatever."

"whatever part you choose"
"whatever part you think is most important"
"whatever part would help you most"
"whatever part you consider most urgent"

In recent years young people have been using "Whatever!" To mean "I don't care, it doesn't matter." But this usage probably doesn't work in the quote, which seems formal.

I can't see any use for "total" in this context.
