We just finished our first OSCE (Ontario Clinical Skills Exam). It's a 9 station bell ringer exam where we see standardized patients and figure out what skills to perform on them.
A 9 station bell ringer exam is a timed test with nine stations. Each student is given a set amount of time at each station and when the bell rings he must move on to the next until he has been to all nine stations.
