The number 1302.02 in words is... one thousand three hundred and two and two one hundredths. You may also see it written one thousand three hundred and two decimal zero two or one thousand three hundred and two point zero two. However it is perfectly acceptable to leave a large number in numeric form inside a text so you could just write it "1,202.03"

'one thousand three hundred and two and two one hundredths' is the pronunciation of 1302 2/100

    1302.02 is
'one thousand three hundred and two point zero two'
    or
one thousand three hundred and two point 0 (pronounced Oh) two'
