- She was faced 6 months in jail.
-She faced 6 months in jail.

which of the above is correct?

I think the second sentence is the correct one. In addition, when talking about the jail, we use the verb "to serve time" for example:
He's serving time for drugs offences.
I wish it will help.

- She was faced with 6 months in prison.

- She was faced with 6 months imprisonment.

- She faced 6 months in jail/in prison/imprisonment.
