Default also

Hi,

could you please tell me whether "also" is correctly used in the title of a contract:

Agreement to use a company car also for private purposes

Thanks a lot!

Hanka

You do not need "also".

Agreement relating to the private use of [a/the] company car.

Thanks! But I need to make clear that it is not only for private purposes, but also for business.

The fact that it is described as a company car tells you it is fundamentally for business, so what you need to do is indicate that it is likely to be used for private purposes.

As I have given it is the way such an agreement would be headed here.

The reverse would be "Agreement relating to the business use of an individual's personal vehicle".
