Default just grammer question

Hi everybody

I want to know when do I use
- to ___ and ___ing (for example to talk and talking)

here is an example. I enjoy studying.

I need someone to remind me about the rule of (to__ and __ing)

i know it is a korean website but how do i click into the website.
it only has a homepage and thats it( no sub pages)
