Default how to improve my spoken english?

hi teachers and friends! :)
i want to ask a question which has been making me very depressed : how can I improve my spoken english myself? I mean without talking to anyone else, just myself. Do you have any good ideas? Do need your helps!

Hi, Joe. Practising speech on your own isn't always that easy, but imagine yourself in a specific situation and try to imagine what your answers would be. Take an interview and answer the same questions and look at the diffences.

I for one talk to my cat, and when she doesn't like what she hears she yawns and gives me a taste of her terrible breath.
I know of at least one teacher who seemed to use the same technique. Kung-fu English teaching?

Yes, brush your teeth two times a day and bring the cat to the vet.
