The normal way to state your question is: "Where can computers be used?" If you want to ask more specifically then say: "Specifically, where can computers be used?" or "In what specific locations can computers be used?"

Which or What? Which is right?
1- At what places can computers be used?
2- At which places can computers be used?
I want to focus the places that's why I don't want to use "where". Would it be wrong to do so?

Re: Which or What? No, it wouldn't be wrong at all, D. Using 'what' leaves it more wide open, while 'which' seems to focus on a smaller number of choices.
