Hi, could any one please correct the following paragraph:

Hi Everyone,
I am going to present last week's events happened in my team.

1. Last week our MD called me and questioned about the projects which i am currently handling. He mainly focussed on the XYZ Project. He asked me to prepare a Plan of Action for that project. I prepared a Plan of Action and discussed with him. He gave me few suggestions and asked me to send him the updated plans. I modified it and send him the updated document by mail on last thursday.

2. The second main thing happened in our team was the progression of feedbacks in ABC project. Its really a hard feedback, but we successfully completed the feedbacks and delivered it on last Friday itself.
