Default plastic gift cards in various amounts

In stores, they are typically displayed on a colorful rack that contains plastic gift cards in/with various amounts.

Which fits in the above better, in or with? And why? Thanks.

The usual collocation is "in various amounts", but there is nothing basically wrong with "with various amounts".

Angli,

With all of your discussions pertaining to gift cards, I think I know what you are getting me for Christmas!
