Hello, if i want to pronoun a DATE for an example
1st December 2007, should i place December infront which is December 1st 2007?

How to pronoun it? Could someone help me to fill in the blank?

Those are the formats I am most familiar with. Depending on geographic location the options are seemingly endless. I'm rather fond of 11.16.2003 personally

This may be different depending on your location but I typically say in the format of "December twentieth, 2007". There is a slight pause between 20th and 2007 as indicated by the comma. You can also say "Twentieth of December, 2007" but I do not hear it as often.

1. It can apply to position by number. "I came in thirty second place is the race." or "This has to be the twentieth time I've had to reboot this computer today."

2. You could do it that way, but it's not really natural to spell it all out like that. If you had to do it that way though, I would recommend capitalizing the numbers eg. December, Twenty Second, Two Thousand Seven - or something like that...
