"In the document, you have added my domain name wrongly."

Is it correct?

I'd prefer 'written' to 'added'. The latter might mean that it was added in the wrong place, which I don't think is what you want people to understand.

So here "In the document" would be correct. I have doubt on using "the". Here document specifies a particular object. So we can add "the" infor of "document".
