how to improve the writing and reading?

Dear teacher:

I want to improve my writing skill and also do some interesting reading on line. I don't like soem grammar test, it's no fan at all.
Because it's my first time log on your program, would you please tell me do you have this kind of training for English writng improvement or not?

Unfortunately for you, it is impossible to learn a language without learning its grammar. However, that doesn't mean you have to learn all the rules.
