    Default lobby

    Hi there,
Could you proofread the following sentence?

    1. As a token of our gratitude, we will list out the donor's name in the ground floor lobby of the main hospital building monthly.

    question1
Why is 'in' used here? Are 'at the ground floor lobby' or 'on the ground floor lobby still correct?

    Question 2
Should 'monthly' be put elsewhere in the sentence?

    2. There will be a mini Christmas party on the third floor lift lobby.

    3. Donation forms are obtainable from the shroff office.
    Question
Is it correct to use '.... are available...'?

    4. Don't leave the hospital compound unless staff's consent is obtained.
    Question
Does the above instruction sound natural?

As a token of our gratitude, the names of donors will be posted in the ground floor lobby of the main hospital building each month.

    question1
Why is 'in' used here? Are 'at the ground floor lobby' or 'on the ground floor lobby still correct? No - there is presumably some kind of display board in the lobby.

    Question 2
Should 'monthly' be put elsewhere in the sentence?

    3. Donation forms are obtainable from the shroff office.
    Question
Is it correct to use '.... are available...'? You can use either. Both make sense. What is "shroff"?

    4. Don't leave the hospital compound unless staff's consent is obtained.

Do not leave the hospital without the consent of the staff on duty.
