Default how to write this sentence?

hi,

suppose i want to ask someone if the fax she received from me actually contains the same information as the original that i have in hands...

may i say:

"
according to the form i have in hands my arrival date is jan/31th.
i wonder if the fax u have received is just the same."

?

thanks,
jc

According to the agenda I have, I arrive on January 13th. Can you confirm that you received the same information in the fax sent to you?

It could be rephrased like this:

"suppose I want to ask someone if the fax that I have sent them actually contains the same information as the original in my possession...".
